COACHES

​Asad has more than 15 years of field hockey experience. For last 10 years, Asad specializes in skills development of Beginner and Advanced level players.

​

In 2014, he joined Philly Hockey Club while coaching U-16/U19 teams. Later in 2017, he joined True North Field Hockey Club and managed U-19 and U-16 teams. While here he participated in the National Hockey Festival in Florida.

​

​Asad's vast experience of playing field hockey also includes playing oversea at international level. He represented the Pakistan junior team when playing against the Netherland in 1994 and 1996. He represented Pakistan Wapda field hockey team in China and Malaysia to participate the Beijing Zhongxie Field Hockey Tournament in 2003. Prior he also played against Egypt and Oman representing Pakistan International Airlines field hockey team.

Caitlin Connell is a member of the U18 National US Team. She is committed to the University of Virginia to continue her athletic and academic career. She is a rising junior at Villa Maria Academy playing Forward and high midfield for the 2023 State Championship team. In 2023, she led the team with 62 goals in 25 games and was named Second Team All American as a sophomore.

Rebecca is a member of the USA junior national indoor team. Rebecca is verbally committed to admission process at Cornell University. She plays center and side mid at Episcopal Academy. She has earned first-team All-Region, All-State, and All-Inter-Ac honors. Additionally, she was the leading scorer for her high school team.

Shae Wozniak is a member of the U-18 National Team and recently committed to play at Duke University. Shae scored 52 goals during her Junior year at Conestoga. She was nominated 2x NFHCA High school All American, 2x Max Field Hockey All Pennsylvania First team and Max Field Hockey Top 10 player. She plays forward and midfield.

Ellie Almeida is a rising sophomore defender playing Division 1 field hockey at the University of Pennsylvania where she played 16 of the 17 games, starting in 11. She is also a 3x National Club Champion. Ellie plays defense and low mid positions.

Reese D’Ariano’s achievements reflect her significant contributions to US Women Indoor Team and was awarded Best Junior Player at the Indoor World Cup. She is a standout member of the U18 Outdoor National Team. She is an 8-time NCC Champion, showcasing her consistent excellence. At the PanAm Cup, she was named Top Goal Scorer and MVP.
